Stephen King is of course one of the most popular and prolific writers of today. We all have opinions about which of his novels rock and which ones fell considerably short (here’s looking at you Tommyknockers).The following list is my ranking of the top five novels by the master of the macabre.
1. The Stand (1978)
2. Salem’s Lot (1975)
3. It (1986)
4. The Drawing of the Three – Dark Tower #2 (1987)
5. The Shining (1977)
